What type of fundraisers does ButtonStar.org conduct?
There are 3 types of fundraisers conducted by ButtonStar.org.
· The 3" Personalized Buttons Fundraiser is the most popular program and uses our most popular style button. Below are the details for conducting the 3" Personalized Button Fundraiser.
· Our Amazing Button Fundraiser involves selling 2.25" button from our Amazing Button Collection from Concession Stands, School Bookstores, and during button sales drives. The advantage of selling these buttons is that they are generic, so if you do not sell them all, we give you a full refund for all return buttons in sellable conditions.
· The ButtonStar.org Special Event Fundraiser also involves selling 2.25" buttons. These are especially designed for your school, organization, or event. These buttons include such buttons as Homecoming Buttons, Senior Buttons, Class Buttons, Championship Buttons, Special Day, etc.

What is the most popular ButtonStar fundraiser?
The 3" Personalized Button Fundraiser is the most popular for school sports, clubs and organizations. ButtonStar.org's 3" buttons have the school name, mascot name, sport, athlete's name and uniform number, and the year on them. They also have a graphic of the mascot and sport or activity, all in the school colors. It’s a fantastic looking button. Ask us and see how you can easily get your button fundraiser going.

How do I pick a button design for our school fundraiser?
Feel free to browse our site for button designs that appeal to you. Many of our designs can feature the name of your school and other details right on the button. What about our mascot or school colors?
No problems! Usually there are no concerns. However, if you have an unusual mascot or a specific graphic you want for your mascot, you will need to email, fax, or snail-mail it to us. The proof or sample button usually overcomes any concerns you may have. In most cases artwork is free of charge. We have hundreds of stock mascots and can reproduce millions of different colors. |

How do I place an order for sample buttons or proofs?
In almost every case we will send you a sample email design and/or sample buttons per your request. Placing an order for sample buttons is easy. After you have selected a button design, just call, fax, or email us using our contact information from the Contact Us section. We will follow up with you ASAP. Per your request, we will produce a sample button or proof for your review. While we proofread created designs, it is your responsibility to proofread layouts or samples. We guarantee our sample layouts or buttons to match your final order. |

How do we conduct our fundraiser?
Conducting your button fundraiser is a simple four-step process. First, order your samples. Second, show your samples and take orders. Third, order your buttons, and finally distribute them when received. It's just that simple. Once you receive and accept your sample buttons, you will use them to show to others and take orders. We will provide you with blank order sheets. Most schools sell each 3" personalized buttons for $3.00. Your cost, as a ButtonStar Partner, is only $1.50 each. You will receive 100% markup. You should collect the money for each order as you receive the order. Most schools try to show the samples to the student body and take orders for about 10 days during each sports season (Fall, Winter and Spring). Now you are ready to start. |

How do I place my first button order?
Placing an order for any of our buttons is easy. Just fax, email, or snail-mail your order sheet information to us. Your toll free fax, email, or mailed order will be processed immediately and we will follow up with you ASAP to begin work on your order. |

How many orders per year do most schools make?
Most schools make personalized button orders several times during the year. Usually, the first order is made sometime near the beginning of the school year. The second order is usually made when the Winter Sports start, and finally when the Spring Sports start. Often some smaller orders of personalized buttons are made for students that missed the first order or want more buttons for their supporters, such as parents, family, or close friends. |

How will my order be shipped to me?
Your order will be shipped by the best available freight including FedEx, UPS, or USPS. When selecting the method we take the following criteria into consideration: cost, shipping deadlines, and reliability of service. We will bill the freight to you based on the total of shipping charges. We can usually ship with any particular carrier upon request by customer. Partners only pay half cost of shipping and handling to get their buttons. ButtonStar pays the other half. |

How do you handle billing?
Be sure to collect your money when you take orders for the personalized buttons. This way you can use some of the money to pay for your buttons when you make your order. We accept checks, checks-by-phone, and credit and debit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Payment must be received before the production of buttons can start. Special arrangements are available for fundraisers conducted with school organizations or with the approval of the Athletic Director or other school official. |
